Lightweight frame

CNC machined triple clamps
The black anodized CNC machined triple clamps feature a rubber dampening system that reduces vibration and increases comfort. The triple clamps have been meticulously designed to evenly distribute clamping force across the fork leg, maximizing contact area for optimum sensitivity and minimum friction.
WP AER 48 suspension
The WP AER 48 is a new step in the development of Husqvarna motocross models. It's simple, light and easy to adjust with a single air valve and supplied fork pump for preload and click adjusters for compression and rebound. The system is made up of a split-system fork assembly consisting of an air suspension unit and a hydraulic damping unit. With the fully adjustable WP DCC rear shock, Husqvarna delivers superior suspension performance, feel and comfort.
Carbon fiber subframe
The use of carbon fiber eliminates weight, improves weight distribution and brings the weight closer to the center of gravity for precise handling. The material composition is 30% carbon fiber and the overall 3-piece construction is remarkably light but also very strong at a total weight of 1.4 kg. In addition, a specific stiffness has been calculated into the component for optimum handling and rider ergonomics.
Motor
All major components and shaft arrangements have been carefully designed and placed in specific positions that best suit the performance and handling characteristics of the FC 250. The 250cc engine is not only light at 26.1kg but also remarkably powerful with an overall output of 46 horsepower. One of the ways to achieve this was to design key components to produce as little friction as possible, thereby reducing drag.
